Rich Cotte, REALTOR®
Rich is not a lifelong REALTOR®. As such, he’s not tied down by conventional real estate industry thinking. He brings over 30 years of experience in military and corporate career fields where interpersonal communications and negotiation skills are the keys to success. His experience and education, coupled with a work ethic grounded in honesty, integrity, and service to others ensures that he will work tirelessly to ensure your Montana dreams come true.
Rich’s family has been in Montana since the ‘70’s. Between visits to his grandparents’ home in the Bitterroot Mountains and time spent stationed in Great Falls, he developed a love for the wildness of the state. An avid outdoorsman, Rich understands the draw of the mountains, lakes, and rivers, whether for solitude, or outdoor activities such as hiking, hunting, and fishing.
Rich is a retired Army officer. His passion is working with other veterans, especially those challenged by disabilities and helping them enjoy the outdoors. He volunteers as the National Director of the “Connecting Heroes & Hunters” program with First Hunt Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. The program focuses on helping veterans find their next mission and a renewed sense of purpose through mentorship in hunting and other shooting sports.
In addition to his activities with Connecting Heroes & Hunters, Rich enjoys being in the outdoors with Danya and their dogs. He enjoys hunting, archery, long range target shooting and traditional black powder muzzleloaders.
Rich holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
