Multifamily / Portfolio Property

Joanna Williams was truly an amazing partner in selling a unique property for us. We sold a combined 2-lot property with multiple residences and other buildings, each in different states of maintenance. Joanna put in a lot of extra work to prepare the houses and property for sale, deal with short-term rental partners and tenants, and juggle numerous interested parties from out of state. She displayed excellent attention to detail, follow through, and patience during the process. Her advice was always thoughtful and considered many angles.
