Danya Cotte

With over 17 years of corporate organizational change management, Danya brings new perspectives to managing real estate transactions. She’s not limited by colloquial thoughts or relationships built over being a lifetime real estate agent; but rather brings extensive experience in working with disperate parties to reach rewarding results. Her legal and corporate experience brings a unique skillset to the market where she focuses on solution-based communication.
Danya is passionate about all things Montana and all things real estate. She holds C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) and e-Pro certifications and is a Certified Luxury Home Specialist with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Danya holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and licensed Real Estate Agent.
Rich Cotte

Rich is not a lifelong REALTOR®. As such, he’s not tied down by conventional real estate industry thinking. He brings over 30 years of experience in military and corporate career fields where interpersonal communications and negotiation skills are the keys to success. His experience and education, coupled with a work ethic grounded in honesty, integrity, and service to others ensures that he will work tirelessly to ensure your Montana dreams come true.
Rich’s passion is working with other veterans and helping them enjoy the outdoors. He volunteers as the National Director of the “Connecting Heroes & Hunters” program with First Hunt Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Rich holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
